My experience with KayElla Photography was everything I didn’t even know I needed. From the very first message, Kay was so kind, genuine, and responsive, not just before the session, but even after. I never once felt like “just another client.” She made every interaction feel personal, intentional, and full of heart. Not only was she quick to respond, she was there for literally everything. The late night SOS texts, the “is this outfit okay?” moments, the random what-ifs, and the spirals of overthinking coming close to our wedding. She didn’t just answer but she was honest, real, raw, and always made us feel like our thoughts and feelings mattered.

My Process

1.Fill out the form

It all starts with a message. Once you inquire, I'll send over all the details (pricing, availability, and what working together actually looks like). No pressure or awkward sales stuff. Just real info so that you can decide if my style and personality is what you're looking for.

2.Planning

Once we are booked, we'll chat about your story, brand, or what you're wanting these photos to feel like. I'll be there every step of the way, outfits, locations, and any and all ideas that make sense for you. For weddings, we typically hop on a call just to get to know each other before that next step.

3.Picture time! YAY!

This is the EASY part. You get to sit back and LET ME DO MY THING. I'll give you direction when its needed and step back when the real moments happen. It's laid-back, guided, and gives us plenty of room to get comfortable and let you be yourself.

4.Delivering Your album

You'll receive a curated gallery of images that feel honest, intentional, and ready to use. Galleries are promised within 3 weeks for regular session and 10 weeks for weddings.
